Cradle of Hope offers housing and support to single mothers and their children. Women ages 18 and over who are pregnant, and mothers of children ages 0-24 months, are eligible. Our goal is to enable mothers to get full-time employment and permanent housing. Our mothers plan and cook their own meals, do chores, and pay rent. They also attend workshops, Bible study, and counseling. Over time, physical, emotional, and spiritual needs are addressed through a family-centered program.
Even in the face of very difficult financial and personal circumstances, the mothers at Cradle of Hope learn that God has a plan and purpose for every life. As they take small, slow steps towards self-sufficiency and independence, they grow in confidence and hope.
