Hannah’s House is a faith-based agency offering a continuum of shelter, staff support, and programming for the physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being of pregnant and parenting single/homeless young women.
As the only maternity home in the Michiana region, our 24-hour staff offers structure, safety, mentoring, and accountability, as well as access to existing community resources for pregnant women and single moms. For over 25 years, our services have transformed the lives of hundreds of women and their babies.
Our transitional, independent housing across the street from Hannah’s House is available for women who complete our maternity program. For six to 12 months, residents learn to adjust to the demands of being a working, single mother with the familiar support of Hannah’s House staff.
Women of Hope @ Hannah's House supports maternity home and transitional housing graduates by connecting them with a mentor network of neighboring volunteers. This phase of programming provides encouragement and tangible assistance.
We also provide ongoing support and a long-term family through which Hannah’s House alum can stay involved.
