St. Joseph's Center offers emergency shelter for up to four women during their pregnancies. Our Walsh Manor staff creates a safe, nurturing environment and provides the support for each woman to remain healthy and reach her personal goals.
Our transitional housing program provides a safe, supportive environment for mothers and their babies experiencing homelessness. The mothers participate in parenting education and life skills programs. They receive support and assistance in obtaining employment and permanent housing; the goal of the program is to give these women the tools to become self-sufficient.
